Notes and Domino 8.5 beta available

The Lotus Notes 8.5 and Lotus Domino 8.5 Public Beta is now available for the usual operating systems (Windows, Linux and Mac OS X for the client and AIX, Linux, Windows, Solaris and i5/OS for the server). Via Ed Brill: “Notes/Domino 8.5 public beta available now”

IT architect accreditation accomplished

As announced on Twitter my accreditation package was approved today and I am now an IBM accredited IT architect. This IBM accreditation can be compared to the Open Group level 1 certification called “Certified IT Architect”. Version 1.1 of the Dojo javascript toolkit was released a month ago and now Dojomino has been updated to include the version 1.1 code of Dojo. The Dojomino update includes a very cool online demo site where you can try out some of the many features of the Dojo toolkit.
