Since Gantt charts in Dojo is part of 1.6 you also need to look at using Dojo 1.6 with your XPages application (see the Mobile Controls project on OpenNTF for inspiration on how to use Dojo 1.6 instead of the default 1.4.3 that comes with the 8.5.2 Domino server).
